excellent as always! great dialogue, i love how you’re able to subtly explain things to create an interesting story in such a short amount of time without it ever feeling contrived. within a few sentences i pretty much knew everything i needed to for the story to be compelling and for it to make sense, good stuff! if you dont mind me asking what contest was this for?

Thank you for your kind review! The engine that I use to make games (Adventure Game Studio) has a set of forums where there's a bi-weekly themed writing contest. There's no prizes or anything, it's just a user run thing so people can exercise their creativity.

this is excellent and i love how you have so many different layers that work together! if you're looking for constructive feedback, i think the song could use some lower octave instruments somewhere (i dont know exact terminology so sorry if this is not specific lol) to help anchor the song. that being said i really like how bright the song is and i imagine you hit exactly what you were going for!
